Over 2000 years ago, Hippocrates observed factors leading to poor health, and emphasized the importance of “balance”. As a result, I have a unique approach to personal training. I believe in a balanced, well structured, step-by-step approach, that fits your life and goals. I promote the integration of fitness and healthy choices into every day life.

Programs are highly individualized. The ultimate goal is to help educate, motivate and mentor individuals, to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Quite simply, my role is to improve your overall wellness: your health, your fitness, and your mental state.

Self-contentment is the key to happiness. I’m not there to give you a predetermined amount of time of regimented fitness instruction. My lessons extend well beyond the time that I actually spend with you.
