The running boom is back! Almost anyone can run a 5k, 10k, 21k, or a 42 kilometer marathon. The most difficult part of this is, running on your own, and knowing how to start.
For over 30 years, I have ran over 120 000 kilometers, completing many marathons along the way. I was part of the late 70's running boom, when all we did was pound out tons of weekly miles, without proper nutrition or any cross-training with other sports. We just ran, and ran, and ran.
Now, as a certified Personal Trainer, and owner of a Home Fitness company, I continue to be a passionate marathon runner. I will share my experiences, and I will teach you how to fit running into a busy lifestyle. I will coach you to run well, while implementing weight training, yoga, and great nutrition, into your running lifestyle.
