In addition to my HOME FITNESS AND LIFESTYLE COACHING PROGRAM you can receive phone and online training.  The Online/Phone Coaching program offers a 20-30 minute coaching session over the phone, for four weeks. Each week, I, along with an Ambassador, will contact you to provide additional motivational support, and continued education toward personal goals. Clients are guided through a personalized health and fitness program, and will be assigned homework! After 4 week clients choose
