My products
In this section, you will find unique products and services, for Home Fitness Training, and for leading a healthy lifestyle. There are no quick fixes, extreme workouts, diets, or false promises. My programs are based on my vast experience, of over 18 years, as a personal fitness coach, and in promoting a healthy lifestyle. My goal, is to ensure that all my products and services provide motivation, accountability, ongoing support, and most important - results.
During the past 18 years, I have helped thousands of clients get active in our National Capital Region, and I have helped many clients online, across Canada. Through home training and personal online/phone lifestyle coaching, I have gained immeasurable experience, and learned a great deal from all my clients – who represent all ages, a multitude of professions, and a myriad of life experiences.
Most of my clients have lead very busy lives, and in the past, have become frustrated with the fitness industry's false promises of quick fixes, diets that don't work, and the special offers from gyms and health clubs that are too good to be true. They want personal attention, with the added benefit of motivation, and support. They want individual programs that fit into their busy lives, without adding more stress, and they've asked me for my help, for a variety of reasons:
