While Home Fitness for Real People gives individualized attention to each client, our trainers can also handle groups of two, three, or even a family.  During the lesson, each person receives personal treatment according to his or her goals.  Ask about prices for classes with multiple participants.

Your In-home Experience
Your home fitness coach arrives at your home at the appointed time.  You’re ready to begin your lesson according to the home program that’s been designed for you.  A typical lesson involves weight training, cardio training, nutrition instruction, and reviewing lifestyle changes.

Your Between-Lessons Experience
Between in-home lessons, you use the instructional manual and guidance from your personal trainer to perform your customized routines:    

  • Weight training
  • Abdominal exercises
  • Cardiovascular training
  • Good nutrition

Work Outs for Your Real Life
You perform your fitness and nutrition routine six days a week for four to seven hours a week.  Our home programs make it real easy for you to stay on track.  With support from your home fitness coach, you stay motivated every day. 

While you can perform your routine for a seventh day, taking a well-earned day off—even from your nutrition plan—is psychologically beneficial.  Your Home Fitness for Real People program is designed to fit your normal life.
